In my spare time, I help startups and small businesses progress and achieve pivotal milestones. I am a management generalist with over 15 years of professional experience across industries such as defense, consumer goods, executive search, professional services, non-profit, and gaming. The exposure to diverse industries and settings has helped me to develop and hone a generalist skill set, structured approach, and solid business acumen, which I bring to every challenge I take on.

My journey in the Canadian business world began in 2012 when I joined a consumer goods startup during my final undergrad year. Since then, I have honed my competencies and versatile skill set across a variety of roles in firms such as Spencer Stuart, Esports Capital Corp., and Esports Entertainment Group, collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and early-stage startups alike.

I continue to educate myself and expand my professional knowledge and toolkit through client work across a variety of industries as well as through traditional education.

Personally and culturally:

Born in Ukraine, I immigrated twice—first to Israel and later to Canada—experiencing diverse cultures and gaining invaluable skills in adaptability and cross-cultural communication. During my time in Israel, I served in the IDF Infantry’s Givati Brigade, an experience that instilled discipline, resilience, and a strong spirit of teamwork. Following my military service, I continued employment in the Israeli security establishment, further refining my ability to perform under pressure and navigate complex environments.

These formative experiences, combined with my professional journey, have profoundly shaped me both personally and professionally, enabling me to approach dynamic and challenging contexts with confidence and clarity.
